We are seeking a dedicated Spare Parts Team Leader with a Strong background in warehousing and leadership to oversee our client's refrigeration spare parts department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising the spare parts team, and ensuring efficient operations to support the services and repair teams.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the spare parts team, fostering collaborative work environment.
• Oversee the procurement, storage and distribution of refrigeration spare parts.
• Implement inventory control measures to ensure accurate stock levels and reduce wastage.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to optimize parts availability for scheduled repairs and emergency services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Train and mentor team members best practices and company procedures.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and service quality.

Qualifications and Skills:
•... Proven experience in Warehousing, Preferably in Refrigeration or related industries
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of inventory management
