Due to rapid growth and subsequent expansion, we are now looking for high calibre Senior Payroll & HR Consultants to help drive Links International to become the HR Outsourcing Partner of choice in Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide our award-winning payroll service to clients and maintain client relationship on regular basis
• Perform end-to-end Taiwan payroll processing and provide related HR services to clients
• Responsible for clients' payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
• Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to pension, social insurance, tax and other statutory matters
• Prepare HR reports for clients such as movement, headcount, pay summary, cost centre... allocation and payroll breakdown reports
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System
• Participate clients meeting and provide professional advices on HR issues relate to labour laws and employment act
• Provide operational and administrative support to regional payroll teams

Requirements:
• 3 year or above experience in end-to-end Taiwan payroll processing
• Experience working in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services will be advantageous
• Able to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast paced environment
• Must be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbers
• Action-orientated, detail minded and organised
• Fluent in Chinese and spoken English
