As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be critical in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success functions to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for establishing and optimizing processes, implementing tools and systems, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the Revenue Operations framework, including processes, policies, and metrics, to... support the company's growth objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to define the strategic vision and goals for Revenue Operations.
• Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to drive informed decision-making and revenue growth strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics, performance KPIs, and progress towards goals.
• Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on revenue performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, preferably in the Fintech or HRtech industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience implementing and optimizing Hubspot for Sales and Support teams is a must.
• Highly experienced in Excel and BI tools (Looker is preferable).
• Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Thrive in working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
