Role Description

This is a full-time role for a B2B Customer Success Manager (Estonian speaking) at Softloans. As a B2B Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our B2B customers. You will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring their success in using our embedded lending technology and bank statement analytics. This role can be hybrid or remote as long as a candidate is fluent in Estonian.

• Fluent in Estonian, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer success and account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Knowledge of embedded lending technology and bank statement analytics is a plus
• Experience in the financial technology (fintech) industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
