Assist clients in person, via e-mail, and over the phone.

Translation Coordinator Key Responsibilities
• Confirm calendar details with clients and resources.
• Coordinate with our national network of offices to ensure flawless execution.
• Telephones or writes clients to confirm appointments.
• Greets and directs clients, salespeople, reporters, and visitors.
• Answers telephone and either responds to inquiry, directs caller to appropriate personnel, or schedules depositions and other related services
• Coordinate, monitor and assign translation projects
• Create and manage a database of translators
• Provide clients with project quotes and retain confirmation from clients
• Enter projects in company system

Requirements

All you need to be as a Translation Coordinator is 1 to 2 years of prior Administrative or Customer service experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. .
