Reporting to the Contract Manager, this role is pivotal in leading the effective delivery of Integrated Facility Management services for a premium global manufacturing client located in Yatala. Develop strategic plans for maintenance and management to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee building systems maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and budget compliance. Handle budgeting for operations and projects, focusing on cost efficiency. Lead sustainability efforts to reduce energy use and promote recycling. Act as the main contact for facility-related queries and communicate updates to stakeholders. Prepare and present reports on operations, maintenance, and budget status.
