Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fund Manager at Colorado Homeless Housing Coalition, Inc. The Fund Manager will be responsible for overseeing the investments and financial management of the organization. This includes analyzing investment opportunities, managing the organization's portfolio, and making strategic investment decisions. The Fund Manager will work closely with the executive team to ensure the financial sustainability and growth of the organization.

Qualifications
• Analytical Skills, Finance, and Investment Management
• Experience in managing investments and financial portfolios
• Knowledge of equities and other investment vehicles
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Certification in financial planning or investment management is a plus
• Series 7 and Series 66 Licenses
