Inspects employees daily for cleanliness andhealth problems.

Monitors and checks cleaningprocedure execution.

Monitors and checks properfood handling procedures.

Orientation of new andincoming employees on a specific task; cleaning procedures, use ofequipment and supplies.

Inspects kitchen, dishroom, pot-washing room, store rooms, storage facilities, diningrooms, employee restrooms, and garbage disposal to ensure cleaningstandards are met.

Ensures proper coverage ofemployees for each concerned department and keeps daily timesheetsof all employees.

Maintains coordination ofProcess and Quality monitoring forms by HACCP Principles andpractices.

Liaises with the ProductionManager and Site Supervisors on operational and quality functionsin each department.

Achieves budgetedprofit.

Timely accurate accounting and productionwithin the site.

Ensures compliance with contractand company policies and procedures.

Determinesrequirements in ingredients and... setportions.

Schedules staffshifts.

Trains and manages wait staff and kitchenpersonnel.

Oversees food prep and customerservice.

Reports onexpenses.

Manages stock and places orders asneeded.
