The Autodesk ProductManager

The Autodesk Product Manager has theoverall responsibility to lead the Autodesk business across theUpper Gulf region (predominantly Qatar and Kuwait) based out ofQatar and to ensure the achievements of both Autodesk and Logicomsobjectives and deliverables in bothCountries.
• Being responsible of theAutodesk P&L in the region ofscope.
• Achieving Autodesks annual and quarterlysales targets.
• Effectively driving theattainment of both Autodesks and Logicoms business goals strategiesand deliverables through close collaboration with the LogicomAutodesk Alliance Manager Autodesk Channel Manager AutodeskDistribution Manager and other relevant management and supportunits.
• Leading and guiding the local Teams inboth Qatar and Kuwait to ensure their success in achieving theirtargets.
• Ensuring the local Teams timelyplacement of orders with the vendors without anydelays.
• Developing and maintaining successfulworking relationships with key stakeholders within the... ecosystemincluding Autodesk Team members and Logicom / Autodesks strategicchannel partners across Upper Gulf.
• Identifyingprofiling and recruiting new channel partners in line with Autodeskand Logicoms Partners landscape roadmap andstrategies.
• Establishing adequate coverage forboth Qatar and Kuwait through the execution of comprehensivechannel development and coverage plans for bothcountries.
• Adhering to Logicoms Compliance andGovernance policies as well as those ofAutodesk.
• Working closely with the marketingTeam to develop marketing plans that are wellaligned with Autodesksvision and strategy and ensure successfulimplementation.
• Ensuring the marketing Teamconducts each activity within the scheduled timeline and timelydelivering deliverables to Autodesk marketing Team (Plans POPs andso on).
• Providing market insights to stay wellinformed of industry trends competitive strategies and marketopportunities.
• Implementing applicable measuresto ensure Logicom is in a leading market share position versusAutodesks direct channels wheneverapplicable.
• Assuming the overall responsibilityof the Accounts Receivable related to the Autodesk business / transactions and other brands whenever applicable and maintaining ahealthy DSO in line with Logicoms financial objectives andguidelines.
• Developing executing andmaintaining sales management disciplines including periodicpipeline / funnel reviews and forecast and business reviewcadence.
• Leading and enabling the Autodesk Teamby employing and retaining the appropriate skilled and competentresources in the right roles and positions and by providing themwith the necessary enablement guidance andsupport.
• Ensuring the optimum utilization ofthe Companys systems platforms and business tools including CRMeCommerce Analytics and Business Intelligence tools and others asand whenever applicable.
• Collaborating with therest of the relevant Logicom Business Units to build and rolloutcrossselling and upselling strategies and initiatives as andwhenever applicable.
• Developing and executingeffective marketing and communication plans including demandgeneration initiatives in line with both Autodesk and Logicomsmarketing strategies policies andguidelines.

Skills &Qualifications

The successful candidate will bea dedicated and driven Business / Product Manager with a proventrack record in Teams and business management in Technology andrelated Software / industries.
• Over 5years experience in related ICT software industry working withAutodesk or competitive / related solutions of which at least 3 yearscovering the Upper Gulfcountries / ecosystems.
• Experience in ICTdistribution and channel management is aplus.
• Over 3 years experience in businessand / or product and sales managementpositions.
• Degree in Engineering BusinessManagement Finance Technology or a relatedfield.
• Ability to own understand and managecomplete P&L statement.
• Soundunderstanding of the following business areas : Accounting andFinance Sales and Marketing Compliance and Corporate GovernanceLogistics Sales Operations and HR.
• Ability toachieve targets and deliver successful results acrossmultiCountries geographies and capacity to operate in a fastpacedcomplex and highly competitive and demanding businessenvironment.
• Ability to travel abroad inaccordance with the business needs.
• Strong andclear ability to build present and execute on strategic businessplanning both with internal and externalstakeholders.
• Strong organizationalinterpersonal and people managementskills.
• Strategic thinker with aresultsoriented mindset and capacity to successfully identify andresolve challenges and problems.
• Excellentcommunication negotiation and relationshipbuildingskills.
• Verbal and written fluency in Englishis aprerequisite.

Remuneration

Aremuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate inline with the Companys compensation scheme and based on thequalifications and experience.
