Job Qualifications:
• Max. 34 years old
• At least Bachelor Degree in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Secretary / Personal Assistant to Director in Mining Industry (others are welcome)
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and other language (preferred)
• Able to use Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Well organized, proactive, and detail oriented Responsible, Honest, Trustworthy, Disciplined and willing to learn new things
• Presentable with good appearance and attitude
• Able to work under pressure and flexible for overtime
• Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
• Willing to be stand by anytime when needed
• Able to work on weekends/public holiday when needed

Job Descriptions:
• Organizing... Director's appointments and other schedule
• Organizing Director's personal needs
• Preparing and managing correspondences, reports, and documents
• Join meeting and provide a wellorganized MoM (Minutes of Meeting)
• Assist Director for any occasions (ex: meeting with clients, visit exhibition, business trip, etc.)
• Liaise effectively with Internal Divisions / Departments and External Organizations on behalf of the Director
• Ensure strict confidentiality in managing all activities
• Other secretarial related matters

South Jakarta

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- personal assistance or secretarial: 2 years (required)
