HR and Admin assistant
• Working days & hours: 5 days, 8:45am – 5:45pm
• Salary: $2500 - $2800
• Working location: Tanjong Pagar

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative responsibilities, preferably in the travel industry.
• Basic knowledge of HR is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of office facilities.
• Liaise with building management for repairs and improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and company documentation.
• Ensure compliance with record-keeping and confidentiality standards.
• Facilitate effective internal communication through regular updates and announcements.
• Draft internal communications for distribution within the organization.
• Manage job posting and candidate... sourcing.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
• Respond to benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees.
• Organize company events and outings to promote team building and a positive company culture.
• Coordinate logistics for conferences, client meetings, and other events.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Implement and update emergency preparedness plans as needed.
