The Process and Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for leading projects related to the relocation of products to Cluj and implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements, ensuring efficiency and optimal quality in production. Additionally, they closely collaborate with various departments to coordinate line transfers, implement lean processes, and maintain quality standards in accordance with legislation and customer requirements.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Participate in projects related to relocating products to Cluj; leads cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Attend project stages during established regular meetings; provides support and facilitates problem resolution and corrective actions.
• Supervise work quality according to relevant procedures and operational standards; collaborates with relevant department managers to meet desired... standards.
• Create tools and testers in line with provided plans to support production through automation; collaborates closely with other departments to update and improve strategic business programs and initiatives, considering all relevant business aspects.
• Review orders, quotations, and projects from backlog; ensures documentation and products sent to the customer are complete and technically accurate.
• Prepare technical sheets for locally manufactured products; works with PMO and other departments (Customer Support, Quality, Planning, Production) to clarify projects, supervise special requirements and revisions based on customer feedback, ensuring projects are executed within promised lead time and according to customer requirements.
• Actively participate in preparing and implementing line transfers from other locations; actively participates in preparing the work environment for transferred products (work instructions, quality requirements, etc.).

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Advanced PC skills – MS Office, Internet, E-mail;

• Languages: English language skills – B2 minimum

• Strong analytical and organizational skills;

• Ability to make decisions, proactive attitude;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all employees
