As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to lead and optimise the sales team to achieve revenue targets, driving overall company success through strategic direction and effective leadership.In this role, you will:Leadership and Team Management• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outside sales representatives.• Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.Sales Strategy and Planning• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.• Oversee the identification and acquisition of new customers to expand the user... base.• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting• Track and analyse sales metrics to assess team and individual performance.• Prepare and present regular reports on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities.• Utilise data-driven insights to optimise sales processes and outcomes.Training and Development• Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.• Keep the team updated on product features, market trends, and industry best practices.Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.• Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights and market needs. • Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.• Requires a minimum of 5 years of sales experience• Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.• Previous experience in a leadership or team management role.• Strong understanding of the classifieds industry and online marketplace dynamics.• In-depth understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market, and the needs of assigned accounts.• Strong knowledge of the local market• Strong knowledge of sales processes, and competence displayed in challenging sales scenarios• Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.• Demonstrates an expert level of objection handling tactics and identifies real objections• A fast-paced, high-performing culture.• Opportunity to expand the brand in Oman.• Multinational experience and opportunity to closely work with our other brands• Rewards & Recognitions• Learning & Development opportunities#dubizzleQatar
