We are looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Coordinator (CTC) to join our Roche team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have strong interpersonal skills. The CTC will be responsible for managing clinical trials and ensuring that all relevant processes are completed in a timely manner. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or clinical sciences. They should also have at least two years of experience working in a related role. Knowledge of clinical trial regulations and guidelines is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.The CTC will be an integral member of our team, using their organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure our clinical trials run smoothly and efficiently. They must be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities of a Clinical Trial Coordinator:

Manage clinical trials and ensure that all relevant processes are completed in a timely manner

Ensure compliance with clinical trial regulations and guidelines

Provide leadership and support to the clinical trials team

Monitor budget and timelines for clinical trials

Develop and maintain relationships with clinical research partners and vendors

Compile and analyze clinical trial data

Prepare and submit regulatory documents

Coordinate patient recruitment and study visits

Manage subject safety and medical device safety

Maintain accurate records and databases

Train and support clinical trial staff

Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the trial

Provide ongoing updates to senior staff and stakeholders
