1. Convert business requirements into technical requirements and act as an interface between end users and Maximo consultants.

2. Work with Maximo technical lead and Maximo subject matter experts to ensure smooth delivery of various functionalities.

3. Create relevant artifacts.

4. Lead discussions regarding understanding of business processes and prepare functional and associated solutions, documents, seek feedback and approval for all such documents in a timely manner

5. Ensure process compliance on Maximo development and testing processes.

6. Coordinate with the Interface team for various stages of testing.

7. Help users in testing and validation. Train SME's and Users.

Must have Skills and Experience:
• Must possess 10+ Years experience in Enterprise Asset Management - Maximo Upgrade, Maximo add-ons in business application requirement solicitation, gathering, documenting and support Design mgmt.
• Hands-on experience with data management, data migration into Maximo using... prevalent tools and techniques (general data manipulation/automation with Maximo or database ETL tools)
• Experience in end-to-end project’s functional delivery primarily for IBM Maximo 7.6x upgrade, understand of RICE components.
• Report status and identify, communicate risks and potential mitigations to stakeholders.
• Experience in integration, reports, data test script, scenario development and performing testing across all necessary stages including leading, reporting user acceptance testing.
• Experience in creating and delivering tailored training content to end users in class room or virtual environments (super users, other users)
• Strong understanding of the SDLC processes including agile development
• Excellent presentation, communication, planning, and interpersonal skills needed to successfully work with a large array of peers to accomplish tasks.
• Very strong in business communication in a multi stakeholder environment especially managing third party vendors, consulting with users to understand needs, define requirements, and provide effective solutions.

Preferred Skills:
• Ability to work both as a team member, or independently on complex tasks, to maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliver on commitments.
• Experience with O&G midstream related business processes
• The applicant must be able to analyze problems and derive solutions that fit the needs of the business.
