Job Description

Overseeing and assisting in managing company functions, especially the construction management team to ensure smooth and effective workflow Work with relevant teams and executives to provide insight in costing, construction materials, timeline and so on Initiate workflow and new procedures to efficient the work and the team Prepare and regularly monthly job status, progress update and budget vs actual cost update Oversee work sites for both new construction and remodel projects to mitigate risk and delay Manage site activities and assuring that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in phase with the projects goals and objectives Provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork ensuring quality standards are met Lead the asset and project visits for executives, team and third parties Structure, build and train the CM/PM team to accurately deliver the work in a timely manner Set up personal and... the CM team KPIs, goals and objectives

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineer, Project management, or related degree 7 years of Construction Management or Project Management in Real Estate business Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and management skills Ability to analyze data and present key findings both verbally and in written form Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc. Proficiency in full suite of Microsoft office produce (Excel, PowerPoint, and word) Excellent knowledge in design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbally and written) Strong communication skills - for liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, professionals, and workers on site
