Main Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the ideation and creative direction on marketing related events, including idea development, concepting, and working with appropriate teams to ensure brand integration and vision is kept throughout execution. Work directly with the brand marketing team (based in APF) to manage designated brand projects, strategic initiatives, and calendar planning. Serve as the lead liaison to on-island vendors for marketing related partnerships including but not limited to fashion brands, and beverage sponsors. 1 direct report - directly supervises marketing manager. Monitor Tableau dashboards and other reporting analytics and utilize to create compelling and real time marketing offers. Ensure seamless flow of information between the various business units and on-property marketing. All administrative duties required to operate the department. Ensure accurate information is produced prior to publication to our guests. Daily, accurate and on-time posting to... our television platform - ALLIN. Daily, accurate and on-time posting to our digital boards/screens across property. Ensure the upkeep of all digital and non-digital signage across property. Contribute to the strategy and continued evolution of on-property marketing with emphasis on diversifying how and when we communicate to guests. Contribute to on-property marketing plans that maximize revenues, exposure, awareness. Assist with the evaluation of market reactions to revenue programs. Ensure that timely adjustments of marketing strategies and plans are proactively formulated and implemented to meet changingmarkets and competitive conditions. Understanding key differentiators, unique selling features and audience for each guest experience. Assist with partnering closely with revenue management to manage the offer calendar, ensuring compelling offers, positioning, audience identification and driving marketing plan development. Assist with partnering closely with entertainment and special events teams to develop marketing plans which support special event offerings. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that all efforts are cohesive, integrated and advance the brand strategy. Perform other reasonable duties required by management. The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time
