FMRE is also responsible for managing general services such as
customer services (catering, transport, publishing, archiving, bookshop, etc.) and
site services (cleaning, waste treatment, green spaces, logistics, etc.)

- understand and meet our Business partners needs
- build effective and... sustainable relationship with our partners
- deliver Facility Management services to all people in all Airbus sites in France

What you will be doing:

You will have interfaces through all the FMRE services lines to all Airbus divisions in French perimeter as well as the transnational one.

Main tasks:

You will be asked to:
• Support FMRE in shaping the development of the organization and business critical decisions
• Drive processes through innovation excellence and best practice sharing, seeking for improvement of organizational performance
• Enhance FMRE internal relationship between FMRE services lines (Front office
• Back office connections) management in matricial organization
• Represents FMRE management team in internal/ external forum, communities
• Promote FMRE practices, digital solutions and ensure communication in the sites
• Establish & develop close relationships with FMRE worldwide teams and work in close collaboration with FMRE teams to develop a close relationship with key Business Partners (Head of site, Functions, FALs...)

About You:
• Proficient oral and communication skills (English/ French)
• Collaborates well within a transdivisonal/ Transnational team
• Ability to understand big picture and simplify messages and processes
• Able to interface with external parties
• Sensitive to customer needs and demonstrate strong Supplier & Customer Relationship Management
• Sensitive to innovative communication/ marketing solutions

This position has been graded at Band5 level and is located in Marignane with business trips in France and in the 4 pillar countries
