Job Details


• Manages all food outlets the employee and the managers of the restaurants, buffets, and specialty restaurants.
• Establishes guidelines for food management and ensure procedures are followed.
• Prepares the schedule of the Food personnel to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Promotes positive customer service by assisting guests in addressing their complaints and resolving their problems.
• Monitors restaurant transactions to ensure the correct recording of sales, including the separation of comp sales, when applicable

Supervisory Responsibilities
• Monitors and maintains an inventory of food supplies needed in the operation.
• Ability to attend training classes as required by various franchise operations.
• Trains new employees on current and new policies and procedures of the Department.
• Enforces company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Issues counseling notices and/or disciplines employees who violate the same.
• Executes performance appraisals in accordance with company policy in a timely fashion.
• Ensures the general cleanliness of the restaurants and ensure health standards are adhered to.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

• Two-year college or equivalent job experience
• Must have over three (3) years related experience and/or training.

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Computer Skills

Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
