As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with some of our existing clients and have the autonomy to look for new business prospects to. - Develop a strong understanding in FDM’s business model and value proposition

- Identify new business opportunities through various means of communication and networking events

- Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients, as well as generate and develop new business opportunities

- Gather requirements from clients and source relevant candidates from pool of consultants

- Cross functional collaboration with other areas of the business including Recruitment, University Partnerships, People Team, Academy, Product Owner, Legal, Finance and Business Support

- Be the key driver in contract negotiations and renewal discussions

- Track and meet KPI that aligns with sales strategy

- Develop and update pitch materials to support conversations with new prospects

- Build dashboards through Salesforce data to support ongoing client conversations


- Degree preferably in Business Management, Information Management/Systems, Finance, or related field

- At least 2 years relevant experiences in B2B sales and/or account management with proven track record in exceeding target

- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders from managers to C-level executives

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-faced environment, within a team and independently

- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Excellent command in English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be a bonus

- Less experienced candidate will be considered as Sales Analyst
