Job Description

Main Purpose:

Drive the Marketing agenda for the full Beverage portfolio for Indonesia ensuring the delivery of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals in volume, revenue and profits. The incumbent’s key focus would be to:
- Lead the Marketing agenda for beverage portfolio

- Provide strategic direction on how to expand beverage while continuing to ensure flawless executions of plans

- Plan and deliver the successful launch and execution of beverage category into the Indonesian market

Main Responsibilities:

- Deliver and manage execution of the annual Full Beverage calendar
-- Develop and have day-to-day responsibilities over the direction and execution of the ATL beverage marketing calendar and launch plans
-- Liaise, align, and work with Bottler and Region team
-- Play a leadership role in joint Sales-Marketing monthly action-planning ‘think-tank’ meetings to review results and develop immediate/short term opportunities and tactical plans
... Ensure timely execution of deliverables

- Lead the new innovation projects, drive cross functional team including Bottler, and ensure on time deliverables.

- Build relationships and network with Region counterparts on Best Practices

- Where required, partner Finance to explore feasibility and develop P&L’s for new launches/ innovation

- Explore untapped opportunities for Beverage Business, including new Distribution channels (On-Premise, Industrial etc)

- Talent Development
-- Provide leadership and strategic focus to external agencies and business partners

- Work with MU Head of Marketing and General Manager develop solid AOP for beverage portfolio

- Develop E-Commerce Channel Business for PEPSICO Indonesia
-- Lead the 3-year E-Commerce Strategy for Pepsico to deliver rapid growth ambition
-- Leverage Cross functional support & APAC and Global e-commerce teams, to Set up the E-Channel partners and infrastructure to build PEP E-commerce business in Indonesia
-- Work closely with Digital Marketing and Customers to Grow Traffic, Conversion and Repeats in e-Commerce to make PEP the Best in Class E-commerce player in Indonesia

- Global Control Standard - As A&M ; FR control owner, perform control roles and responsibility in accordance with PepsiCo Accountability model. Support Process Owner in driving GCS agenda. Understand the objective of the assigned control(s) and document the test script attributes for effective execution of the control, evaluate control effectiveness through testing as per GCS guidelines and maintain an audit trail to evidence execution of the activities. Ensure timely remediation of any control deficiencies.

Knowledge & Experience

- University graduate or above, preferably in marketing
- Senior role in other FMCG/Telecom/F&B and other Fast-Paced categories and is now looking to take the next step in their career (Min 7 years of Marketing experience)
- Strong consumer marketing background with strategic thinking, insight orientation and with experience in developing and executing 360 marketing campaigns
- Proven track record in launching new products into market that have been successful/sustained over time
- Experience with matrix organizations desirable
- Experience in working in cross functional teams with a large group of stakeholders

- Strong marketing process such as in brand building/ development experience (has been working with big brand(s), as brand manager, who understand and has executed 360 communication, for at least 3 years)
- Has experience on coordinating brand activations (big events), National consumer promotions, sampling.
- Has experience in developing TVCs, radio ads, digital
- Has been exposed to multiple type research such as Brand Health Track, Retail Audits, FGDs …
- Good project management skill
- Good agency management skill to ensure timing and creative delivery (media, creative, digital agencies)
- Understand the packaging/ label change process and guideline
