KRA - COUNSELOR - MANABUKI
• To close leads developed by online media, special events, walk-ins, direct mail, referral sources, etc.
• prompt inquiries’ follow-up, lead through phone and in mail.
• consultative selling and service to clients.
• successful maximization of sales opportunities results.
• to follow-up on inquiries and pending inquiries closure.
• and meet customer needs, requirements, support and interact to ensure a positive learning experience.
• right programs and courses to the students.
• and meet sales performance standards.

to follow up with all the students to ensure timely delivery as well as student
• satisfaction.
• incoming sales calls as well as make outgoing sales calls.
• and maintain relations with prospective referral sources.
• to attain or exceed individual sales goals, service goals and upgrading goals.
• to operate effectively and handle all financial transactions.
• lead possibilities and communicate to the HO.
• new selling strategies in... coordination with HO to grow revenue.
• and evaluate sales and marketing data.
• learn and interpret competitive methods, pricing and tendencies.
• detailed Inquiry and Sales records as required for sales coordination.
• professional & consultative approach to close sales.
• to sells best suitable programs and courses to commensurate to student’s requirement.
• impartial advice to ensure student enrolls for the right program.
• and maintain quality service always.
• to capture information, record accurately and provide input as per company quality standards.
• the branch is always cleaned and maintained regularly.
• with academic team to ensure to plan and execute timely delivery process & completion.
• with digital marketing, sales, academic and accounts receivable people.
• sales and marketing meetings.
• key student relationships.
• brand awareness for programs and services.
• qualitative after-sales services.
• research marketing trends and evaluate to increase sales outcomes.
• customers’ database and update.
• and Issuing proper online receipts / Notes / Certificates to the students.
• with faculty regarding their batch, requirements etc. Forward it to concern person.
• with senior & keep updated your daily work done / Inquiry / Admission / Billing /Collection.
• reports every day and to ensure complete monthly reports on set time.
• all summary reports including inquiry & admission regularly and on scheduled time.
• the following records –
• fill up of Inquiry / admission form
• data entries in LMS, CRM or software.

Immediately data entry in OMS.
• Receipts.
• & Expenses Report (expense voucher)
• Record.
• Outstanding Report.
• report (Separate for Keerti and Tally Academy)
• reports.
• report (send email to HO for certification)
• record (Co-ordinate with HO if any pending)
• entry in third party portal.
• and complete forms filling of MS-CIT Students with Photos
