• Bachelor s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering
• 5-6 years of experience in related field (Preferably FMCG or Retail sector)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Completed military service for male candidates

Job Description:
• Responsible for customer plan to improve customer experience
• Leading Market Researches with 3rd parties Using consumer insights
• Collaborate with related departments to realize the projects
• Manage and attain budget objectives
• Monthly reviews of customer plan and presenting on senior management.
• Development of customer marketing strategy based on insights and customer decision journey
