QUALIFICATIONS
• 3 years of progressive offline and online marketing campaign and PR management experience.
• communicator, strategic thinker, and proven record managing fully integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations.
• strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional language is an asset.
• in project management and a strong eye for detail and creative design.
• qualification required diploma/bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: The role of a marketing manager in hospitality involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel or hospitality business, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue including F&B and wellness centers.
• Develop, manage, and implement the annual marketing plan encompassing digital, brand, and loyalty marketing, adhering to allocated budgets with KPI’s and ROI’s as provided by Corporate Marketing.
• Work strongly with marketing agencies to roll out campaigns for each tactical offer from stay, dine, wellness and events.
• Drive the formulation of robust B2B and B2C strategies by segment for each hotel, aligning with commercial focus processes, working in line with rooms, revenue, distribution and sales team.
• Measure and evaluate the success of all marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns, producing comprehensive performance reports for key stakeholders.
• Manage the rollout of marketing initiatives to support the cluster in achieving revenue targets, leveraging key functions like Regional Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Strategic Partnerships, U by Emaar, and third-party distribution.
• Oversee the execution of promotional activities across various channels, ensuring brand adherence and maximizing effectiveness.
• Provide adequate marketing support to sales and F&B teams, meeting collateral requirements.
• Act as the brand champion, ensuring all collateral aligns with brand standards, complies with corporate guidelines, and operates within budget across all marketing activities.
• Support individual brand initiatives and ensure effective rollout of hotel brand campaigns with the appropriate tone and voice for each segment.
• Develop and manage social media activities for the cluster, supporting departmental initiatives and driving engagement.
• Identify and execute opportunities for loyalty programs such as U by Emaar and other incentive programs at the cluster level, managing all CRM and database requirements.
• Develop a coherent social media strategy for the hotel and its outlets, aiming to grow followers and enhance customer interaction using relevant tools and techniques.
