Required Skills : AS400 RPG Support Analyst with Bilingual (French & English)
• Experience on AS400 programming - RPGLE, RPG, SQL, CL, CLLE
• Understand batch processing
• Expose to debug, ROBORT SCHEDULER
• SQL programming in free format
• Provide production and development support for applications running in batches and manipulating tasks
• Good to have knowledge about service now, wealth management experience

Roles and responsibilities :
• Diagnosis and resolution
• Acknowledge receipt and begin to investigate, diagnose and analyze the L3 application incident
• Cooperate with the customer group for investigation, diagnosis and analysis of the L3 application incident
• Provide a temporary solution or a permanent solution to the incident that eliminates the root cause of the incident
• Documentation and reporting
• For a priority 1 or priority 2 incident, after receipt of the incident, until the incident is resolved. The L3 Support team must provide updated reports to customers by... sending an email at least once every 60 minutes.
• For each incident received in Incident/Change/Problem Management, the support team will update Incident/Change/Problem Management with a detailed description of the L3 application, Incident Resolution carried out for the same incident .

Pay: $40,263.47-$102,154.96 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• IT support: 1 year (preferred)

• CompTIA A+ (preferred)
