Capture Consulting is expanding! We're looking for aspiring talent matchmakers who will be connecting candidates to our business partners by developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates. You'll also be an expert & advisor in all things recruitment from A-Z.
Who are we Capture Consulting is a start-up HR and Recruitment agency where we believe that People Come First. Made up of young entrepreneurs who were previously seasoned HR practitioners that come from various industries, backgrounds, expertise that have made a successful dent in the headhunting scene in these 2 years with supportive business relationships.
What your day-to-day will look like End-to-end recruitment and business development function based on various listings. Candidate sourcing, screening and selection based on client requirements. Identify a suitable timeline with clients and meet deadlines. Provide post-placement follow up with candidates to provide assistance and gather valuable... intelligence. Continuously building and maintaining good rapport with clients and candidates. Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective prospecting using new age tools and methods. Shortlist and select candidates based on requirements. Provide post-placement follow up with candidates to gather feedback, and if need be, a replacement candidate. Continuously building and maintaining good rapport with clients and candidates. Create and maintain market map in a specialist industry. What you'll need A driven and great attitude who is pro-active in continuous learning Passionate in recruitment; meeting people and enjoy understanding what makes them tick! Have a sense of urgency and accountability towards tasks on hand Open to a start-up environment Those with in-house/ external recruitment experience will be good but not necessary.
