We are looking for Recruitment Consultant with experience in Finance, HR, Office Support, Engineering, Commercial, Construction, Corporate, Construction, Health and Social Care, & Industrial.

• Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs.
• Source and assess top-tier candidates, providing exceptional service.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, contributing to their growth.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets, continuously improving processes.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions.
• The significance of Business Development cannot be emphasised enough
• *Qualifications:**
• Proven experience in Finance, HR, Office Support and Executive industries.
• Successful track record in mid to... senior-level placements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
