Restaurant Manager for an award winning pub with rooms

Duties:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize restaurant sales and profitability.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and employee morale.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.

Skills:

- Hotel or restaurant management experience preferred.
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
- Knowledge of food preparation... techniques and culinary trends.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience as a cook or bartender is a plus.
- Familiarity with food production processes and industry standards.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: £33,323.51-£39,000.00 per year
