Overview:

Restaurant Manager v1:

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our venues business. You will deliver a high-quality experience to customers while motivating our staff to build their customer relationships.

Your responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the end-to-end customer experience at the venue by and growing our venues presence as part of our growing international brand. Back of the house management experience is also essential.

We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant and venue runs smoothly for... customers and colleagues to feel they are part of the brand and values we have..

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize restaurant sales and profitability.
- Train and mentor staff on food preparation, service standards, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient food production and quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor and control operational costs while maintaining high standards.

Skills:

- Experience in restaurant or hotel management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
