**Job Title**:Copywriter
• *Location**:Singapore
• *Creative Execution and Delivery**
- Ability to work independently from creative concept to execution.
- To be accountable for the work by the creative team ensuring all work are as per brand guideline and platform's best practices.
- To work closely with the Integrated Designer and Account Manager to create engaging content across platforms.
- To assist the team in pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
- To ensure all design work adheres to the best practises of print, digital and social trends and requirements.
- Work with key clients to deliver the following types of projects:

- Social media and E-Commerce specific like Facebook, Instagram, and Lazada
- Blog and article writing, and copywriting for print ads, flyers, brochures, OOH, etc
- Constant and pro-active branded assets optimisation throughout the company

• *Workflow management**
- Managing projects deliverables... and key deadlines.
• *Team development and inspiration**
- Actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and the facilitation of learning within the Studio.
- Encourage a great team environment whilst keeping client centricity at the core of the team culture and values.
- Influence and inspire your internal team to deliver projects to a high standard including QC.
• *WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE (Required Exp, Soft & hard skills)**
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
- A minimum of 4 years in copywriting at / across top-level agencies.
- Worked on at least 1 large-scale multi-national brands in the past.
- Previous experience with a Banking or Finance brand is optional but good to have.
- The ability to manage and filter workflow as well as organise and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity
- Ability to take and challenge a client's brief and help them through the creative process
- Ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into stories and content that engage and resonate with target audiences
- Confident presenting and communicating clearly to other team members and clients.
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
- Languages: Must be fully proficient in English.
