Project Manager (Client Facing)
• Full-Time | 40 Hours per week
• With HMO
• Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 AM - 8:00AM Philippine Time

The clients has a leading international brand, integrates Chinese and German technology in its expansive operations across America, Asia, Europe, and Australia. It's 47,000sqm manufacturing plant produces 15,000 elevator units, 5,000 escalator/moving walkway units, and 1,000 car lifts annually

About the role:

The role of the Project Manager is to oversee and manage the seamless coordination and execution of projects from inception through completion, focusing on drawing approvals, liaising between departments, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality elevator solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities and Timeline for Achievements:

First 2 Weeks: Onboarding and Familiarization
• Understand Company Processes: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's project management procedures, product portfolio, and... operational workflow.
• Meet the Team: Introduction to the team, including direct reports, the design, finance, and installation departments to understand their roles and establish communication lines.
• Initial Project Review: Receive a briefing on current projects, their statuses, and upcoming milestones.

First Month: Integration and Initial Management
• Project Coordination Initiation: Start coordinating on at least two ongoing projects, focusing on tracking drawing approvals and revisions.
• Documentation Mastery: Begin managing the drawing approval process, ensuring the preparation of safety packs, operation manuals, and necessary project documentation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish regular communication with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met promptly.

First 90 Days: Project Execution and Management
• Project Oversight: Take full responsibility for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are progressing as planned and within the outlined scope.
• Financial Coordination: Work closely with the finance department to monitor billing milestones, forward contracts for insurance requests, and prepare SOVs for clients.
• Performance Reporting: Provide the first comprehensive monthly project report detailing performance against milestones, financial status, and identification of any issues or delays.

In 180 Days: Process Improvement and Team Leadership
• Team Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports, fostering a collaborative team environment and enhancing team performance.
• Client Relations and Project Management: Lead project meetings with clients and management, showcasing an in-depth understanding of products and effectively communicating the company’s value proposition.

In One Year: Strategic Project Management and Leadership
• Strategic Project Review: Conduct a review of the projects undertaken in the year, analyzing successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned.
• Leadership Excellence: Demonstrate leadership in managing the project team toward achieving exceptional project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Innovation and Growth: Propose new initiatives for project management innovation and contribute to the strategic planning for expanding the company’s project portfolio
