As the Learning and Development Manager at Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing talent and driving a culture of continuous learning and development within our esteemed team. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with the resort's goals and objectives.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs and initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and assessments, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
