Job Description:

Brand Strategy Development
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the store's goals and objectives.
• Define the brand's unique selling propositions and positioning in the market.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.

Marketing and Promotion
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote... the store's watch collections.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising materials, including print ads, digital ads, and social media content.
• Organize promotional events, product launches, and store activations to attract customers and drive sales.
• Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

Product Management
• Manage the store's watch collections, including selection, procurement, and inventory management.
• Work closely with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor product performance and sales trends, making recommendations for assortment adjustments as needed.

Visual Merchandising
• Oversee the visual presentation of watch displays and store layout to enhance the brand's image and drive sales.
• Develop creative merchandising concepts and signage to highlight key products and promotions.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all visual elements within the store.

Customer Experience Enhancement
• Develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
• Implement customer engagement initiatives, such as loyalty programs, VIP events, and personalized services.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve the brand's offerings and services.

Market Analysis and Reporting
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to review brand performance and strategy effectiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
