Job Summary
• The Fixed Asset Management Administrative Officer will lead and responsible... for efficiently managing and maintaining an accurate record of an organization's fixed assets. This role ensures compliance with finance and accounting standards, tracks asset acquisitions and disposals, and supports the financial and operational aspects of asset management.

What are the Key Responsibilities?
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all fixed assets, including descriptions, serial numbers, locations, and acquisition dates.
• Regularly update asset records to reflect changes, such as acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
• Calculate and record depreciation expenses based on the applicable depreciation methods and schedules.
• Ensure accurate accounting for depreciation in financial statements.
• Coordinate the acquisition process for new fixed assets, including purchase orders, receipts, and asset tagging.

What are the Skills Qualifications?
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Previous experience in fixed asset management and inventory
• Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
• Proficiency in using asset management software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for reconciling asset records.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
