Position Overview:

The Health and Safety Advisor will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our health and safety programs. This position requires someone with a strong background in industrial health and safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work remotely on a fly-in/fly-out basis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety matters.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Deliver health and safety training and awareness programs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety.

• NSCO (National Construction Safety Officer) designation is required.
