It focuses on diverse sub-categories across all disciplines, from art, literature, and history, to science as well as providing art content on social media platforms. At Arcadia, the academic team consists of over 70 international writers and 218 members. Arcadia does write in many fields with Higher Education Academic level articles to share the knowledge our team has, to allow all the people around the globe to benefit from this knowledge without any charges or subscriptions.

Who We Are Recruiting For Position?

Arcadia is currently seeking individuals interested in joining the Human Resources Communication Department. We invite applications accompanied by resumes tailored to the specific positions being applied for. Our objective is to recruit ten (10) talented individuals to join our HR team on an international scale. As part of this role, under the mentorship of the Human Resources Communication Manager and in close collaboration with the Strategy Officer, you will be entrusted with providing essential communication support across two key domains:

Internal Communication Path:
• Your primary focus will involve fostering effective communication within our organisation. This encompasses facilitating seamless information flow between departments, gathering direct feedback under managerial supervision, and managing digital tools to responsibly handle organizational data as instructed.

External Communication Path:
• You will actively engage with our external stakeholders, offering invaluable assistance and guidance in response to their inquiries. Your duties will include managing partnership proposals, addressing general queries, and providing clarity on our organizational mission.

What Are Your Responsibilities For The Position?

● HR Communication Officers will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

● HR Communication Officers will process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.

● To organize statistics for the data collected in different departments within the organization.

● Provide additional support to departments within the organization in terms of data collection, editing, analyzing, and posting.

● Provide data entry for our web platform regarding Member names, pictures, bios, and chatbox

● Work with multidisciplinary departments according to related tasks that are given.

● Communicate with outer messages received to the organization as questions or inquiries.

● You will provide weekly reports to department managers.

● Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

All positions are calculated for volunteership and they are planned to take a maximum of 8-10 Hours ’ a week with a Project-based deadline. So, you are free to do your part of the Project at the hour or day that you desire as long as the project is completed within the given deadline, we acknowledge that this position is a volunteer so that our work portion is minimised for each individual and done as one whole piece at the end.

Soft Skills & Strong Skills & Requirements

● Minimum BA degree completed, a preferred masters degree in HR Management, Communication, MBA.

● HR Experience is preferred but not a must as we provide training and develop our members along their journey.

● Strong desire to work at communicational tasks where keeping information channels active between departments and providing documents between 10 departments of the organisation.

● Drive HR processes within related positions (reporting, assisting, organizational skills, etc.)

● Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, assist leaders in gaining a better understanding of the organization’s needs.

● Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

● Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.

● Coordinate and arrange subsequent projects with the HR Manager and related leaders.

● Sensitivity to cultural, gender-based, religious, racial, national, and age differences

● Highest standards of integrity and discretion.

● Strict on joining regular department meetings and discipline on deadline projects.
