We design, manufacture and supply fire-fighting equipment, sprinkler system, fire pumps, valves, dry risers, wet risers, fire hydrant, deluge system, foam system, fire/gas suppression systems, steel & HDPE popes & fittings, fire dampers, emergency lighting, fire alarms, PAVA systems and fire trucks.

About the job:

The role focuses on generating a new business accounts and new markets. The successful candidate will become an integral part of our growing business; with the opportunity to develop this role and progress their career in sales and business development. Represents Company’s products and services to the Building Consultants, Building Contractors, MEP Contractors and individual organisations.

Reporting to the Director, key responsibilities will include:

·... Dealing with Main-Contractors, Sub-Contractors, building material supplies, hardware supplies

· Increasing and responsible for sales and business development of Fire Protection Systems and Services

· Establishing sales objective by forecasting and developing annual sales plan for region

· Approaching potential customers and visiting sites and establishing rapport with decision-makers

· Have individual responsibility for growing and protecting business and achieving growth in client accounts with remit

· Qualify in-bound leads/enquiries and generate business

· Developing customer relationships and maintains customer databases

· Provide daily/weekly/monthly updates, reports and feedback to Director

Experience and Skills

· Min. of 3 years in this industry and local sales

· Any sales experience in Fire, Safety & Security Industry, HVAC, Plumping, hardware

· A proven track record of success in generating qualified leads

· Goal and achievement orientated

· Strong questioning, listening, closing skills

· Understanding of the Sales Cycle

· Motivated to be successful, both as an individual and as part of a team

· Strong planning and organizational skills

· Display a sense of urgency to get the task completes

· Competent with basic IT skills and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PP)

· Confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Positive attitude Responsive and strives to deliver on promises

· Is a self-starter and uses initiative to deliver results

· Passion for learning and self-development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO450.000 - RO550.000 per year
