Responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee post-investment management activities for overseas platforms, ensuring effective capital operations and investment strategies.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive post-investment management strategies to optimize portfolio performance and drive long-term value creation.
3. Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals to execute post-investment management initiatives and achieve strategic objectives.
4. Utilize extensive experience in capital markets (private market) to navigate and leverage opportunities in the local market landscape.
5. Monitor and assess portfolio performance, identify key areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
6. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.
7. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on investment opportunities, risks... and market trends.
8. Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness by implementing best practices in post-investment management processes.
9. Communicate effectively in English at a native level to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication with international partners and stakeholders.
10. According to expertise in property investment management, including asset evaluation, portfolio diversification, and risk mitigation strategies, assist the company to complete relevant tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Extensive experience in post-investment management, capital operations, and team building within a group-level context.
3. Proven track record of successful investment management and portfolio optimization.
4. Strong understanding of international capital markets and regulatory environment.
5. Excellent English language skills at a native level to engage effectively with international stakeholders.
6. Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
10. Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
