The salary for this permanent Specialist Paediatric Nurse job is £37,800 - £42,000 per annum (inclusive of 20% London weighting, dependant on candidate location).

Duties:
• Deliver gold standard, one to one, holistic care in the comfort of the patient’s home or school
• Maintain stock supplies and equipment
• Continue to maintain and demonstrate up to date knowledge, ensuring any gaps in clinical competency are addressed whilst also staying compliant with all business policies and... procedures
• Ensure all clinical data is recorded accurately to ensure quality care is maintained and delivered, and to document adverse effects via the correct protocol

Requirements of the Specialist Paediatric Nurse:
• A talented, patient focused clinician
• As this is a regional role travelling to visit patients in their home setting, it is crucial that you have full UK driving licence
• Registered Children’s Nurse
• Competent in the administration of IV therapies
• Strong communication skills, including actively listening, communicating sensitively, teaching and assessing experience
• Putting people at ease whilst making technical details easy to understand
