Job Description: Learning and Development Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define Learning and Development (L&D) goals aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) to support organizational objectives.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNAs) to identify skill gaps and develop tailored learning solutions to address them effectively.
• Design and execute evaluations to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning programs, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Develop and facilitate comprehensive learning and development programs that cater to the diverse needs of employees at all... levels.
• Ensure meticulous record-keeping of training activities, participant feedback, and program outcomes, collaborating closely with L&D officers and administrators.
• Lead and supervise a team of facilitators and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), providing guidance and support to enhance their effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external learning providers and SMEs to leverage industry best practices and resources for the development of learning initiatives.
• Establish and manage L&D budgets in alignment with organizational priorities and the L&D calendar.
• Curate the L&D calendar for respective departments or areas of focus, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and employee development needs.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 8 years in a Learning and Development tole
• Preferably experience in handling both technical and soft skills and Learning and Development oriented programs
• Has handled a team of trainers and L&D admins
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and evaluation techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving common goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of learning technologies and platforms for delivering and managing training content is desirable.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
