Main Purpose : To develop Account BusinessPlan and make sure it is implemented to deliver / exceed the plannedvolume revenue and profit targets for assignedcustomers.

Responsibilities :
• DevelopCustomer Account Plan for the allocated accounts that are alignedacross the business system. Specifically :
• Phasedvolume revenue net revenue per / kg spend and gross profittargets.
• Visibility & Access PointsStrategy which fits stores... types and ensure targetsachievements.
• Manage & Agree on optimalitems range which meet the shopper profile for allocatedcustomers.
• Jointly Plan with customers AnnualActivity Calendar which ensures TargetsAchievements.
• Keep SSFL brands dominant insidestores to reflect its marketleadership.
• Dominate Storesopenings.
• Prepare monthly brief to all FieldTeam which contains all details related to the Confirmed Activitieswith Customers (items quantity displays prices POSM mechanicsetc).
• Negotiate and sign the CDA with customeron time and as per AOP and FinancialGuidelines.
• Personallypenetrate the customer vertically and horizontally to build strongprofessional relationships that can be leveraged to gain commitmentto the proposed plans.

Additionally lead and coordinate otherfieldmanaged accounts by supporting the Regional Managers in theirpenetration within the allocatedaccounts.
• Undertake an annual business reviewwith the customer that involves all relevant personnel reviews whathas worked and presents the year ahead at a strategiclevel.
• Gain commitment from key customerdecision makers to the account plan initially and on an ongoingbasis.
• Develop an excellent Business Relationwith Customer Head Office Team & SSFL Management Team aswell as at StoresLevels.
