Who You'll Work With You will join our Global Office Technology team in our Zurich office.

As an Office IT Solution Advisor, you will be the first contact for technological solutions for our consultants, partners, and internal colleagues. You will work hand in hand with our global IT support teams to identify and solve technical issues and their causes. In your role, you will connect with different user groups to offer individual and first-class customer service and an optimal user experience.

What You'll DoYou will take on the role of a trusted advisor and contact person for a wide range of IT-related topics and support requests by building excellent relations with your internal colleagues.

You will work with colleagues from different teams and support them in making the most of our technologies. Among other things, you will ensure that video conference facilities, workstations, and other IT equipment function properly. As a local contact, you will also assist with necessary... infrastructure repairs and maintenance.

As part of your role, you will work closely with our consultants and their teams to help them make the best use of the technology provided to meet their individual needs.

This role requires full-time work from the office.

Qualifications
• Swiss citizenship or Ausländerbewilligung C is required
• Knowledge of the standard IT applications for Windows, macOS, and iOS, as well as troubleshooting laptops, mobile phones, and video conferencing systems
• Broad interest in IT topics, from hardware to software to the latest technological trends
• Empathy, an open personality, and the ability to handle challenging situations in a professional manner
• Excellent organizational and collaborative skills, a strong willingness to learn, and a passion to develop both professionally and personally
• Solution-oriented and structured mindset and ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way
• Fluent knowledge of Swiss German and English, both verbal and written, is a must; knowledge of French is a plus
• Vocational training or experience in a professional service environment with a strong focus on customer service is a plus
