Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate data scientist to join our team. This role will lead development of the modeling strategies and execution critical to supporting our core analytics offering. You will play a key role in development of our data integrity and continual accuracy measurement framework, as well as, our deployment architecture of all machine learning services. Responsibilities: As a member of the Data Science’s Team, your responsibilities will include: Drive R&D efforts of machine-learning based predictive models in use across the application and operation stack Lead innovation in feature engineering, fine tuning, and model specification to uncover powerful new approaches to existing solutions Design statistical methods for efficient estimation of model parameters and data-driven insights Build optimization algorithms to help deliver computational efficiency across operations Implement innovative accuracy measurement and anomaly detection techniques that help us ensure platform reliability and data integrity Qualifications: Fluent in Python and associated data processing libraries, including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn Expertise in machine learning techniques (both supervised and unsupervised) with experience in real-world settings Experience with statistical and mathematical modeling techniques Experience working in large-scale, complex and dynamic data environments Experience with source-control and CI/CD tools, i.e. Github Experience with AWS Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex, technical information to business stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
