Agency Account Manager | Digital Agency | NFP client | Remote Options | 4-6 Week Contract | $50-70/hour

The Company: This long-standing and well-known digital agency is known for its exceptional work in the industry. With a long list of versatile clients, this particular client is in the NFP space, so not only will you be exposed to some of the best work out there, but you'll feel good about doing it too!

The Role: As part of the Client Engagement team, the ideal candidate for the Account Manager role will understand core agency services and creative processes (e.g. ad campaigns, web builds, media, content programs, analytics, digital marketing, communications, etc). You believe in a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to projects and that diverse perspectives lead to stronger work.

Responsibilities:
• Managing & prioritizing multiple concurrent fast-paced projects with unmatched attention to detail
• Understanding the client’s goals, objectives, requirements, and translating... them into an actionable project plan
• Creating briefs, statements of work, detailed schedules, and a variety of spec sheets
• Forecasting, tracking, and managing project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
• Finding the right team to work on your projects (“resourcing”), while working with a team of Project Managers to manage teams with conflicting priorities
• Working closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors, acting as the primary point of contact through project delivery
• Managing and maintaining scope, and communicating the status of project scope to both internal and external teams
• Managing, documenting, and communicating risks, changes, and issues that affect the project
• Creating a positive, collaborative and team-oriented work environment

Requirements:
• You have experience managing various projects in an agency environment; creative concepting, media strategy and planning, creative production, and brand development.
• 2-5 years of advertising agency experience mostly focused on the development of regional and/or national campaign work.
• You must have previous agency experience
• You have familiarity and are comfortable with the basic principles of: campaign design and production, reporting & analytics, and SEO, and can translate all this into simpler terms for clients.
• You set up budget control reports, track and report budget burn, and keep all the numbers updated on a regular basis.
• Previous experience with NFP clients is nice to have.
