As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, administering employee benefits, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and training programs.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

Oversee performance management processes, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and career... development plans.

Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files, attendance records, and HRIS data.

Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

Lead and manage HR staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in human resources management, with a minimum of (X) years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with employees at all levels.

Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software applications.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations and recommend appropriate solutions.

Pay: From Rs20,000.00 per month
