What you’ll be doing:
• Write compelling and grammatically correct copy as well as effective headlines, taglines, and calls to action for Quill.com.
Generate blog articles and long form written pieces, including white papers and case studies.
• Generate copy for promotional emails and print collateral .
• Generate concepts and copy that speak to businesses for social posts across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, and Tik Tok.
• Generate concepts and copy for the website that speak to both existing and prospective Quill customers, from overarching Quill awareness campaigns to narrow initiatives that promote features, offers, and categories.
• Transform ideas, business opportunities, research and creative vision into clear, concise, usable copy.
• Help evolve brand voice and tone. Review copy to ensure adherence to strategic focus, brand guidelines and tone.
• Navigate a changing landscape while adjusting and revising copy until approved.
• Work in collaboration with key project team members, including marketing, strategy, PM, and creative.
• Juggle multiple projects within various channels managing to strict deadlines.
• Effectively act on feedback, user testing results and learnings to iterate on work.
• Present work to partners, and team members.

What you bring to the table:
• Expertise in writing across a wide variety of digital mediums.
• Superior concepting and writing skills with a comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape.
• Experience writing content, including blogs and case studies for a small business audience.
• Thorough knowledge of standard rules of grammar (and when to break them).
• Can self-generate ideas as well as collaborate with others.
• SEO knowledge/experience.
• Knowledge of various digital marketing platforms, their audiences, and their best practices, including LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Ability to absorb and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Is detail oriented with a strong ability to interview, research, and problem solve.
• Polished communication and presentation skills, demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses problems and objectives.
• Strong writing portfolio showing breadth of work.
• Experience with Wordpress.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of copywriting experience, including blogs, case studies, social, and digital media.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
