Centrecom Limited are looking to recruit a Call Centre Agent to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job role:

Responsibilities:
• The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting our customers, understanding what they need, and solving any issues in the most outstanding way possible.

Requirements:
• Fluent in both Maltese & English as these languages are required in the section we currently... have vacant
• Excellent computer skills – Outlook 365, Word, and Excel
• You should feel confident that you can make our customers happy, and our days run a little more smoothly
• You need to be organized and a problem-solver
• You will need to perform tasks with initiative and creativity, spot the things that need to be done and find a way to make them happen
• And one last thing - You need to be ready to grow with us.
Working hours:
• This role is offered on a full-time indefinite contract.
