We require the skills of Machine Operator (Non-Posted Bench) to join our talented Production Team.

• Non-posted bench (Machine Operator) rotate between days & nights every 4-6 weeks, depending on production requirements
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

• Overtime in excess of 40 hours per week: Saturday and Sunday paid at 1.5x rate

• Operate equipment and complete checks to ensure compliance with production, process & quality specifications
• Observe panel indicators, gauges, other instruments to detect equipment and/or product issues
• Record and adhere to quality specifications related to weight, colour and functionality requirements
• Perform additional duties as required by Supervisor in compliance with relevant legislation and safety procedures.

• 18 years of age, and completion of Grade 12 required
• Previous manufacturing experience is an asset with the ability to work safely and productively
• Physically capable of standing for long periods of time with the ability to perform repetitive movements
• Good communication, ability to work as a team, and in cooperation with colleagues on a shift of 35+ people
• Reliable, comfortable with labor-intensive work and have a great attitude
