Our client, a fast-growing force in the natural beauty industry, specializes in crafting female-oriented consumer products that celebrate the essence of wildcrafted beauty.

They are seeking a Social Media Manager with a flair for repurposing direct-to-consumer (DTC) content from TikTok across various social media platforms. This role is integral for someone experienced in the beauty space, capable of engaging with the latest trends, and skilled in driving organic engagement through community interactions.

The ideal candidate will assist the co-founders by advising on video production that resonates with the target audience, managing posting cadences and utilizing automation tools for scheduling. Knowledge of Pinterest, Shopify, SEO, and Google search optimization would be advantageous, reflecting the visual and digital nature of the brand.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM CST

Platforms of Focus:
• Pinterest: Leverage the platform to showcase the visual appeal... of the brand’s products, enhancing digital discovery through still images.
• YouTube: Guide the creation of long-form video content that captivates the target audience, leveraging insights into consumer preferences.
• Personal Instagram: Engage with the community and showcase daily insights and behind-the-scenes content to foster a more personal connection.
• Blog: Craft compelling blog posts with a strong command of native English, integrating SEO to maximize visibility and engagement.

Important to Understand:
• Content Repurposing: Adapt TikTok DTC content for broader social media distribution, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and audience interests.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with trending hashtags and music to enhance post visibility and engagement across various social media channels.
• Video Production Assistance: Provide strategic guidance on creating impactful YouTube video content.
• Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant brand community by replying to comments and DMs with a fun, wholesome tone.
• Posting Cadence Management: Schedule social media posts across platforms using tools like Publer or Hootsuite, maintaining a consistent brand presence.
• Visual Platform Expertise: Utilize visual platforms like Pinterest to boost brand recognition and attract new audiences.

What Success Looks Like:
• Enhanced Brand Visibility: Through repurposed content and strategic hashtag use, you've increased the brand's reach and engagement across social media platforms.
• Strong Community Connection: Your efforts in community engagement have cultivated a loyal and active online brand community.
• Strategic Content Guidance: Your insights have directly contributed to creating highly engaging and relevant material for the target audience.

Qualifications:
• Experience in repurposing DTC content for social media, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with female-oriented consumer products and an understanding of beauty space trends.
• Proficiency in social media management and automation tools (Publer, Hootsuite).
• Demonstrated ability to engage communities on social media platforms in a tone that reflects the brand’s values.
• Canva experience for creating visual content is desirable.
• Knowledge of Shopify, SEO, and Google search optimization is desirable but not required.
