We have an exceptional opportunity for an Architect to join one of the UK’s leading independent Architectural Design and Consultancy Service providers located in Norfolk area. Due to continues growth and success of the business, we are looking to speak with Architects who possess the determination, experience, and eagerness to contribute to their exceptional team.

Main responsibilities for the successful Architect:
• Design, develop and participate in all phases of the process, from initial concept development to construction documentation and administration.
• Generate innovative design solutions that meet the needs and objectives of clients while adhering to project... timelines and budgets.
• Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to coordinate project requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.

Main requirements for the successful Architect:
• Driven by a passion to promote innovation, best value, and design excellence across all projects.
• Experienced in designing residential properties and proficient with AutoCAD/2D/3D and Revit.
• Assist with concept and detailed design, liaison with planning authorities, contractors, and clients.
• To ensure projects continue to move forward through design and planning and discuss projects with various consultants and clients .
• Liaise with other members of the design and technical team throughout projects.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential architecture
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and Planning process
• Creative with design in various sections and settings
• CIAT Registered preferable but not essential.

• £45000- £55000 per annum + company bonus scheme based on annual profit
